Unsweetened but still has a hint of sweetness. Not really sure how much actuall “milk ” vs water is in here but this seems like a possible ok milk alternative but not with the same nutritional profile, you will have to get your whey protein elsewhere.
An excellent liquid to use in place of water in your protein shakes. For example I put this in with banana, avocado, Greek Yogurt and unflavored protein powder and it tasted excellent. I.also dumped this in my cereal and coffee and it worked very well.
