For being a large corporate chain, they are really good. Never had a bad experience and the service is always good, at least at the location near me which is the only one I have ever been to.
For my appetizer I had the wild west shrimp, although it could have been a bit crispier and golden or just maybe darker, I will have to say it was very good, especially for seafood that you get at a chain. I have had the wild west shrimp many times and it has been very consistent. For my main course I had the NY strip steak with a side of mash potatoes, both were really good, great texture and flavoring. Even the bread they first bring out is really good, once again way above anything you would expect to get served at a corporate chain.
