Excellent, I have bought frozen uncooked coconut shrimp in different super markets many times and they never turned out this good. I deep fried half the bag and I baked the other. I was surprised how well they turned out just baking them in the oven, every bit as crispy as they were deep fried. Baked them at 390 for 45 minutes in about 1/4 inch of vegetable oil flipping them around the halfway point. Great flavor and crisp.
