Like other products I have tried from this company, this meal replacement supplement has a great natural flavor. I would imagine this bar is a little high on the carbs and sugar for some people, the protein to catb ratio could be better. Like most supplements of this kind it doesn’t seem to suppress hunger for very long despite being 400 calories.
