I am sure this score may seem controversial to someone but I must say, this was a last resort and was the only thing that even came close to working for me. After years of taking antibiotics, then stronger and stronger antibiotics( who knows how they effected my stomach microbiome) and all of the other skin applications and whatever else I took that did absolutely nothing, Accutane got it done completely!!! Whatever the consequences that may come later in life if any at all, I can tell you from the bottom of my heart it was more than well worth it. My quality of life I owe to Accutane because the 6 years or so before taking it absolutely sucked!!
