I am absolutely loving this oil spray so far. Just spray it on a pan, heat it up and throw In whatever it is you want to cook. Very stick resistant and can handle high temperatures very well. I have used this to cook burgers, eggs, asparagus, chicken, steak and zucchini and it always turns out very well, adds some nice character to whatever it is you are cooking whether you are baking, pan frying or even grilling.
